Really good City Stay

The hotel offers a convenient location near key attractions. Complimentary chilled rose prosecco was a welcome touch during check-in. The room featured a hot, drenching rain-shower and a super comfortable bed. Room-service delivered Wagyu burgers promptly. They were big, juicy, and delicious.
I noticed the room cleaning was somewhat inconsistent. Occasionally, amenity replacement was missed.

The breakfast buffet includes a very good variety of foods and the staff provided excellent attention to detail. The Trotamundos Bar has a very talented cocktail barman and a chilled ambience is present, making it a perfect place to relax.

The hotel provides local parking options, very reasonably priced for a city centre location. The eighth-floor room featured a fantastic city view for guests. The room also provided a coffee station along with toiletries to improve the guest experience.

the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a very good selection with a perfect soy latte. the bed was very comfortable. there was a cute sheep (i think it was decorative).
the room was missing a table to place the room service tray. i had to ask for a trolley. the staff did not offer it automatically.

the florist shop added a beautiful scent to the reception area. there was also a candy stand, so guests could grab a treat. the ninth floor offered a fabulous rooftop view during breakfast.

the hotel is in the heart of the city center (i found it great!). beautiful buildings and many shops are nearby. i also enjoyed how easy it was to walk everywhere.

The staff were pleasant during check-in. Everyone was just as pleasant throughout my stay.
I was surprised there was no personal welcome on arrival. The central bar area served as the check-in point. This setup seemed less personal than I expected from a supposed 5-star hotel.

The staff were genuinely cheerful and helpful. Their smiles were a great start to each day. the location was very nice! it put me right in the heart of everything i wanted to see. the stylish design throughout the hotel was a definite plus.
the minibar prices felt a bit high, though i understand hotel minibars usually are.

the breakfast buffet provided a wide array of choices, including fresh fruit and pastries. i found the coffee station easy to use, and it provided a quick caffeine boost. a live musician played gentle music during breakfast, which created a soothing atmosphere.

the hotel had a small gym equipped with several cardio machines and weights. i noticed the lobby had comfortable seating areas. there was a rooftop terrace, though i did not have the chance to use it during my visit.
